Each session fee guarantees edited, high-resolution images that are delivered in an online gallery with a digital download and print release.
There will be a $.75/mile one-way travel fee applied if the location is more than 15 miles outside of the Nashville metropolitan area.

Once we've confirmed details, I will send you a contract from HoneyBook. This is where you will sign and pay. Your final gallery will be sent through Pic-Time. You will be able to download your selected high-resolution photos as well as order prints if you chose to do so.

Each client's online gallery containing their photographs will be accessible for a period of 365 days from the project date. It is the responsibility of the client to download and securely save all images before the gallery's deletion.

On average, I will deliver a gallery within 2-4 weeks from the date of our shoot. However, if you need the images sooner, please communicate that with me when you inquire. I am happy to accommodate a 7-day turnaround time on a case by case basis. If you need them faster than that, a $100 rush fee will be applied.

In the event that the client wishes to modify or cancel our agreement, we can certainly discuss alternatives. Should a mutually agreed-upon rescheduling be preferred, a nominal fee of $50 will be applied for each reschedule. However, should the client choose to cancel this agreement or fail to provide notice at least two weeks before the scheduled event, any payments made to Lindsey McAlister, LLC will be forfeited.
In instances where the client cancels the session or fails to attend on the scheduled date for any reason, it's acknowledged that the photographer may incur losses that are challenging to quantify. In such cases, an invoice will be issued to cover the corresponding fees for rescheduling or cancellation due to the client's circumstances.
